Ingredients

  1. 1 cup soaked mung Dal ( 2 hours)
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1 pinchBaking soda
  4. as neededOil for deep fry
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. as neededPomegranate seeds to garnish
  7. 3-4cardamom

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a fine paste of mung dal

  2. 2

    Mix a pinch soda and salt... And mix well

    Deep fry and make bada out of them

    Boiled sugar and water to make sugar syrup add some crushed cardamom

    Deep the fried bada in it serve as u like cold or at normal temperature.... With pomegranate seeds
