Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 cupmoong daal roasted
  2. 1 cupgourd sliced
  3. 2-3bitter gourd sliced
  4. 1 tspnigella seeds
  5. 1/2 tspcelery seeds
  6. 1dry red chilli
  7. 1/3 tbspturmeric powder
  8. To tastesalt and sugar
  9. As neededoil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and celery seeds adding red chilli

  2. 2

    Add cubed bottle gourd sliced bitter gourd

  3. 3

    Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add daal and mix adding water

  5. 5

    Boil well till it is soft

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix well
