8 tikkis

2boiled potato
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cupfresh spinach puree
1 tspcornflour
2 tbspCanned corn
2 tbspFrozen peas
to tasteSalt
1 tspChat masala
1 tspginger and garlic paste
as neededOil to deep fry
as neededcashew to stick on tikki
as neededsemolina for coating

Mix all the above indgridients mentioned

Make shape of tikkis or kebabs or rolls

Stick cashew piece on each tikki and roll in suji
4

Deep fry

And serve hot with onion rings, lemon,green chutney.
