Spinach Garlic Rice

Make your rice more nutritious by adding protein rich Spinach
Steps

Soak biryani rice for 30 minutes. Drain excess water. Keep it aside. Heat ghee in a pan. Add garlic and saute until aromat

Add onions and green chillies. Saute until translucent

Add peas and saute for a minute

Add spinach and saute until leaves wilt

Add pepper and biryani masala. Mix well. Saute for a minute

Add rice to pan and mix well

Now add water and salt in pan. Bring to boil

Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes over low heat until rice is done

Open, gently fluff rice. Serve hot with raita
