Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 1gourd sliced
  • 1/2 cupBengal gram boiled
  • 2 tbspcumin-coriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1slitted green chilli
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chilli

  2. 2

    Add ginger paste saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add sliced gourd and mix cover

  4. 4

    Cover and saute well adding Masala powder

  5. 5

    Add boiled gram and mix sugar

  6. 6

    Stir fry well and switch off

  7. 7

    It is ready to serve
