Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled beans
  2. 1 cupboiled sweet potatoes
  3. pinchsalt
  4. 1 teaspoonnutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil beans and sweet potatoes separately

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, add the beans and sweet potatoes, salt and nutmeg. Use potato masher or wooden spoon to pound until smooth

  3. 3

    Serve with tea or just plain, totally delicious
