Steps

Marinated the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste and salt,keep aside for 30 minutes

Heat oil and fry Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder,keep aside

Now add oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf red chilli

Add Masala paste and saute well

Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli Powder and mix well

Add chicken pieces and saute well

Cover and cook till it is soft

Add tomato and saute well adding Potato

Add warm water and boil adding sugar and garam masala powder along with ghee

Serve it with rice or chapati
