Sweet corn curry
It is sweet and spicy curry.
Steps

Rinse the corn kernels. Pressure cooker it for 4 to 5 whistle on medium flame. Switch off the gas. Released the pressure naturally.

Remove the lid. Keep it aside. Grind cashews and poppy seeds. In a same grinding jar add tomato, green chilli and ginger. Grind it into fine paste.

Heat the ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder kasuri methi, tej patta, cinnamon stick and fry for a minute.

Now add tomato cashew paste and fry it well. Add red chilli powder and fry till it completely cooked or oil separate.

Add boiled sweet corn kernels and mix well. Add little water if required. Now add garam masala, salt and cook for 5 minutes.

Switch off the gas. Sweet corn curry is ready to eat. Serve hot with roti or rice.
