Boil the beans in plenty of water with salt and 1/4 onion.

Boil the pickled pork skin in water with a little salt and the other 1/4 onion.

In a skillet, fry the bacon, hot dogs, chorizo, and minced garlic.

Add the chopped onion, diced tomatoes, and cilantro. Season with black pepper and cumin, then set aside.

Once the beans are cooked, add the pork skin (with its cooking liquid) and the sautéed mixture.

Taste for salt. If you like, add a can of pickled sliced jalapeños.
