Marinate chicken with all the ingredients above except oil.

Keep in the refrigerator for 30mins to 1hour.

Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry in medium heat oil till crisp from all sides and cooked properly.

Take out in a kitchen towel and serve with chutney/sauce and salad.
