Ingredients

2-3 hours
  • Remove chaff from wheat/surfaffan Alkama
  • Ram meat
  • Tomato
  • Pepper
  • Onion
  • Cubesseasoning
  • Spices, including with carddamon
  • Water

Steps

2-3 hours
  1. 1

    Wash meat and put in pot

  2. 2

    Wash wheat and put in same pot

  3. 3

    Blend tomato, pepper, onion

  4. 4

    Put the blended mixture,seasoning cubes,,spices and water,

  5. 5

    Allow to cook for 2-3 hours on high heat until the wheat is very soft
