Boil water in a medium sufuria

Add maize flour and stir using wooden spoon(mwiko)

Cook for 10 mins and put aside

Fry onion till golden brown

Add sliced tomato and salt to taste

When tomato is ready, add beaten eggs and cook5 mins

In another sufuria put cooking oil and salt and kales

Steam for 5 mins

Serve
