I have recently developed a liking for making bread, enjoy this one made with Atta flour
Steps

Mix the sugar, water and yeast, then let sit for 10 minutes or till it reacts as shown

Mix the other ingredients in a bowl

Add the sugar-yeast liquid and knead till a soft dough is achieved(about 4minutes). Then cover with kitchen cloth and let rise.

After 45minutes..it has doubled in size.

Remove from bowl and punch to deflate the air, then put in an greased baking tin,then cover again with the cloth for final rise.

After 45 minutes..then toss in a preheated oven @ 180°C and bake for 30-40 minutes

Wait till it cools completely then slice and enjoy with you favorite beverage..!
