Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 4big sized tomatoes
  2. 8bell pepper of different colours
  3. 2large sized dry fish
  4. 1 teaspoondried habanero pepper
  5. 2 tablespooncrayfish
  6. 1medium sized onions
  7. Vegetable oil
  8. 1knorr cube
  9. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice onions, tomatoes and bell pepper thinly

  2. 2

    Wash dry fish with salt and Luke warm water. Remove bones while washing

  3. 3

    Heat up three cooking spoon vegetable oil in cooking pot

  4. 4

    Add all the sliced onions, bell pepper and tomatoes

  5. 5

    Allow to boil for five minutes

  6. 6

    Add habanero pepper and ground crayfish into pot mix and allow boil again for two minutes

  7. 7

    Add washed fish into mix

  8. 8

    Add knorr cube and salt to taste

  9. 9

    Boil for an additional two minutes

  10. 10

    Serve with boiled yam or potato
