Rote with spicy aloo gravy

Take a bowl put wheatflour 1 tbsp ghee and knead with milk.rest for 1 hour.

Chop tomato potato saperatly.grate giner.chop chilli. Heat pressure cooker put oil cuminseeds tomato chilli ginger and fry for 5 mins.

Now put potato chilli powder turmeric salt coriander powder mix well and add half glass of water. Add saunf black pepper and fenugreek and lid the cooker and cook for 15 mins on low flame.when gravy cooked add garam masala.

Hot tva.take a big boll from dough.press on pastry board.roast on tva for 2 minuts.remove from heat.press the rote by fingers impression and roast to direct flame like naan.dip the rote in deshi ghee for 15 mins. Now serve with gravy.
