Ingredients

  • Wheat flour
  • Margarine - I love Prestige
  • 6eggs
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla essence,cardamon seeds
  • Chocolate/Cocoa powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix sugar and margarine in a bowl and mix well

  2. 2

    Beat the eggs and add to the mixture

  3. 3

    At this point you can also add the vanilla essence(a few drops) and the cardamon seeds(this depends on one's preference,i love cardamon!)

  4. 4

    As you stir the mixture,sieve in the flour,i used a cup and 1/2 careful not to overdo.

  5. 5

    In a separate bowl scoop some of the batter and add some chocolate or cocoa powder and mix well.

  6. 6

    Grease your baking tin with margarine and sprinkle some flour

  7. 7

    Pour in the batter bit by bit as you alternate it with the chocolate,i mean you pour the original batter and make sure it covers the baking tin well,then pour the chocolate mixture,till you done with all the batter.

  8. 8

    Preheat oven before baking,now bake your cake and eat it! To achieve a spongy cake for me I avoid milk and increase number of eggs.
