Thanks to mom's craze in making eggy chapos,I knocked myself out with this try

Mix the flour with sugar,baking powder,salt and make a well.

Into the well goes your beaten eggs and 2 tablespoons oil then start folding in the flour mixture.

Start adding in the water or milk and get a firm dough(not wet/very soft and not too hard or stiff)

Knead the dough for 10mins then cover it with a clean kitchen towel for 30mins to 1hr.

Knead the dough and roll out on an oily surface.

Cut into shapes of your choice and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

When your mandazis start cooling, put them in plastic bags so they remain soft.

The best thing about mandazis is that you can make so many and put them in the fridge for the week.
