1 pinchasafoetida
2green chilli
1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
1 cupcurd
5-7 leavespudina
2 teaspoonred chilli
as neededJeera powder for decoration

You can make the buttermilk by churning the curd & water. Add the tadka of mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafetida, curry leave, green chilies & red chilies to the buttermilk.

Add salt to taste & decorate with Jeera powder serve it chilled.
