Ingredients

  • 2carrots
  • 2 cupsrice
  • 4 cupswater
  • 2 Tbsoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the rice and put it in a sufuria

  2. 2

    Add the water and let it boil for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Grate the carrots and add them before all the water evaporates.

  4. 4

    Turn off heat once the rice is ready.

  5. 5

    Let it cool and stir lightly

  6. 6

    Serve with your favorite stew.
