Steps

In a pan,fry onions in cooking oil till golden brown

Add cubed tomatoes

Simmer for 3 mins on low heat when covered till formed a paste

In a bowl,whisk the eggs
5

Add the eggs to the pan
6

Cook on low heat when stirring for about 5-10mins till well cooked
7

Add the choped dhania and remove from heat
8

Serve with starch of choice when still hot
9

Served mine with rice
