Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 150 gmblack chana
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • 1 tbspginger green chilli paste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • 2 tbspgreen coriander
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak black chana for 8 hours.boiled the chana.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok a add hing or ajwain when crackle add tomato puree and spices and saute till leave the oil.

  3. 3

    Now add boiled chana and some water cook on low flame for 20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add garam masala and green coriander.

  5. 5

    Serve with poori.
