  • Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoongrounded ginger
  • 1 cupwater

    Boil the water with cinnamon sticks, grounded garlic and honey

  2. 2

    Add in the water your heated or microwaved milk

  3. 3

    Once you have your syrup serve in a mug immerse your teabag and enjoy
