1small cabbage chopped and steamed
2Potatoes cut into cubes
1 tspcumin seed
1bay leaf
1 tspgreen chillies chopped
1 tspginger paste
1/2 cupmilk with cream
1 tbspcoriander cumin powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies
2

Add Potatoes and saute well
3

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft
4

Add ginger paste and saute well
5

Add cabbage and saute well adding milk keep the heat low
6

As it is soft and the moisture dries up
7

Add sugar and garam masala powder
8

Mix ghee and serve with plain rice or chapati
