Soak 2-3 hours,drain and rinse the black eyed beans with water.again drain and keep aside

In a pan, heat oil.add the cumin seeds and left them sizzle.stir and saute till the onions become translucent.add the copped onion& tomato

Next add the all tge dry spices.stir and saute tge masala on a low flame till the tomato- onion mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan

Now add the black eyed beans.stir well. 20-25 mint cook.then black eyed beans ready

Serve punjabi black eyed beans with roties
