Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2 piecesCarrots
  • 1medium sized Green pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 teaspoonRed oil
  • 1Knorr cube
  • 1Onion
  • 2Ripe plantain
  • 1/2kilo Goat meat
  • 2Fresh pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cook the goat meat in a pressure pot for 1hour then pour in a normal pot.

  2. 2

    Add salt,onion,diced plantain,knorr cubes and red oil.

  3. 3

    After 10minutes,add diced carrots,green pepper,green peas and spring onion.

  4. 4

    Stir and boil for just 3minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve
