In a plate season the fish with salt n vinegar

Heat a pan add garlic butter, in a plate place flour and coat fish

Pan fry till golden n set aside to rest.

Boil potatoes and mash with milk and butter
- 5
For the French beans place in a hot pan with garlic butter till cooked
- 6
Assemble on a plate and enjoy with a good soy dip.
