  • Chilli powder, salt, lemon (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast your sweet potatoe in an open jiko at a low heat, turning every now and then.

  2. 2

    Its ready when a toothpick goes through.

  3. 3

    Serve with a dash of chilli powder, salt and lemon juice
