Ingredients

45mins
  • 250 gmmargarine
  • 21/ 2 cup of flour
  • 11 / 2 cup sugar
  • 4eggs
  • 11 / 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tspvanilla essence
  • 1/ 2 cup of milk or water

  1. 1

    Cream the sugar and margarine

  2. 2

    Add the egg one after another then add the vanilla assence mix well

  3. 3

    Fold in the flour bit by bit alternating with milk

  4. 4

    Bake at the pre heated oven for 10 mins at a 180 ° c for 45mins
