  • 3ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cupsflour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 2 tspvanilla essence
  • 1 tspbicarbonate of soda
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 3eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    In a glass bowl mash bananas and sugar till mash

  2. 2

    Add the rest of the ingredients till well combined

  3. 3

    Add onto prepared baking tins

  4. 4

    Bake till golden brown at 180c-45mins
