Ingredients

  1. 1 kgRaw banana
  2. Oil for trying
  3. Salt to taste
  4. black salt to taste
  5. red chilli powder as per taste
  6. black pepper to taste
  7. 1/2 tbspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil on fast flame. Peelbanana slice it directly in oil with slicer. *banana should be raw green fresh

  2. 2

    Fry till it sounds crisp

  3. 3

    Salt sugar red chilli powder black peper churn it in mixi and sprinkle it on wafers
