Wash n per boil ur rice for 5 mins. Strain off the water n wash again n keep dry

Grate ur pepper n onions n set aside. Put oil in a pan,add ur onions n crushed ginger n garlic n allow it to fry for few secs. Add up ur grated pepper n onions n mix,n allow to cook

Add little water,ur seasoning, spices n sliced onions n fry for 1 to 2mins over moderate heat. Take it off fire n serve.

Put water to a pot n boil,add up ur perboiled rice, and little salt cook till soft....garnish with slice carrots n green pepper (optional)
