Boil the potatoes till done. Peel the potatoes.Mash the parneer and potatoes together and add salt to taste and mix well it should be smooth like dough. Dry fry the balls in hot oil and set aside.

Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan. Add the onions and tomatoes
Add the ginger garlic paste. - 3
Add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder in it.

Add cream and mix.

Season with salt and pour the sauce over the prepared kofta balls arranged in a dish.

Now it's ready and serve it
