Today, I have a simple yet impressive recipe for ~Baked Rigatoni Pasta~ to share with you. It's perfect for parents to make for their kids, and you can even get the kids involved in the cooking process. The pasta used is a tube-shaped pasta called Rigatoni, which allows the sauce to fill the center, making each bite delicious. If you don't like the sauce below, feel free to use a cream sauce or any pasta sauce you or your kids prefer, or even buy a ready-made one. *You can bake it in an oven or a convection oven.

Steps
- 1
Cook the Rigatoni pasta according to the package instructions. Be careful not to overcook it.
- 2
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the cooked pasta and gently toss to combine. Be careful not to break the pasta.
- 3
Arrange the tossed pasta in a round springform pan as shown in the picture and set aside.
- 4
Heat a pan or pot and add olive oil or butter.
- 5
Once hot, add the chopped bacon and sauté until fragrant but not crispy.
- 6
Add the chopped onions and garlic (I like a lot of onions and garlic, so I add more) and sauté until the onions and garlic are translucent.
- 7
Add the minced meat (beef, pork, or chicken) and cook until the meat changes color. Then add oregano, parsley, black pepper, salt, and paprika.
- 8
Add the tomato puree and mix well. If you want a bit of spice and the kids aren't eating, add some hot sauce.
- 9
Add the bouillon cube and water, along with the bay leaves and oregano. Simmer until boiling, then add sugar and continue to simmer on low heat.
- 10
If the sauce becomes too thick while simmering, gradually add a little water, but not too much, as it should fill the pasta tubes without leaking out. Once the sauce is ready, taste and adjust with sugar or salt as desired. Turn off the heat.
- 11
Remove the bay leaves and pour the sauce over the arranged pasta in the pan, trying to fill the pasta tubes with sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese (as much as you like).
- 12
Bake at 340°F (170°C) for about 20-30 minutes (time depends on your oven size). For the first 20-25 minutes, use the lower heat, then switch to both upper and lower heat for the last 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts and turns golden as shown in the picture. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
- 13
Remove from the oven, release the springform pan, cut, and serve.
