For the base: crush your tennis biscuits and mix with butter to create a dough. Press the dough at the base of your tray covering all corners. Leave in fridge

For the filling: empty your yogurt into a microwaveable container add in your condensed milk half a can mix it and put it into the microwave for at least 3 mins. Keep checking on it. Remove from microwave and add one cap vanilla essence mix well. Filing must be light yellow in colour. Taste a bit if it's bitter add more condensed milk and place in microwave.
