This is a traditional Hyderabadi dish but it is famous all over India. The different flavours from all the ingredients make this dish a unique but extremely delicious one. It can be enjoyed with hot rice and ghee or any Indian flat bread.

This is a traditional Hyderabadi dish but it is famous all over India. The different flavours from all the ingredients make this dish a unique but extremely delicious one. It can be enjoyed with hot rice and ghee or any Indian flat bread.
Steps

1. Wash, wipe and slit green chillies length wise.
2. Take a deep pan and put oil in it. Then deep fry the chillies till the colour turns into light brown.
3. Drain and place onto an absorbant paper.
4. Take a mixer and grind roasted sesame seeds, roasted peanuts, coriander leaves and grated fresh coconut. to a fine paste.
5. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Then add mustard seeds.
6. When the mustard seeds crackle, add turmeric powder. - 2
7. Then add the above paste and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring continuously.
8. Add two cups of water and cook on a medium-low flame for 8-10 minutes.
9. Add a little more water if it is too thick.
10. Then add the green chillies, salt, coriander and cumin powder and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes.
11. Garnish with lemon juice.
12. Serve with rice or roti. Enjoy!
