My kids love chips so much, and always crave for it, so I decided to make chips, but this time not with eggs. Bit with a little spicy sauce.

My kids love chips so much, and always crave for it, so I decided to make chips, but this time not with eggs. Bit with a little spicy sauce.
Steps

Peel the yam and slice in a round shape, after which you slice in a chips form

Wash and place in the filter to drain excess water.

Sprinkle some salt and mix properly to incorporate

Place pan and add oil to heat up.

Add your yam to the oil and fry till its done.

Remove and place on a filter to remove excess oil, then place on a kitchen rolls to help absorb extra oil from it

For the sauce: Add the sombo, onions, pepper and with a little water and blend together not too smooth and not too rough.

Heat up your pan and add a little oil to it

When heated add little salt then the blended onions, sombo, and pepper then fry for five minutes.

Add your Maggi cube stir properly. Leave for 1 min.

Your Chips and sauce is ready serve with a glass of fruit juice of your choice.
