First heat pan on low flame and add mava in it

Saute it on low flame for 7 minutes

Add powdered sugar, Cardamom powder,dryfruits and saute it till the mixture starts thickening

Take it down. Grease a play with desi ghee and pour the mixture in plate.Adjust level

When it cools cut the burfies in desired size and shapes
