3 pieceshilsa fish
1 cupcoriander leaves paste
2 tablespoonpoppy seed paste
1 teaspoonmustard seed paste
1 tablespoongreen chilli paste
To tastesalt and sugar
Mustard oil as required

Wash the fish well

Marinate the fish with all the ingredients. Keep aside for 10 minutes

Heat oil in a pan. Pour this marinated fish in a pan and cover with a lid for 10-15 minutes in low flame
