Steps

Cut paneer into small cubes.

In a mixer jar add roughly chopped onion,roughly chopped tomatoes, cashewnuts,cardamom and make fine paste.

In a pan add butter and fine paste.

Saute it well.

Saute until ghee separate.

Add red chilli powder,garam masala,sugar and kasoori methi,salt,and saute it again.

Add 2 cups of warm water.

Add paneer cubes and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.

Finally add cream and serve hot with nan....
