Ingredients

  • 1 kgmatumbo
  • 2onions
  • 3tomatoes
  • 2 tbsoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3 clovesgarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut onions and tomatoes

  2. 2

    Then boil matumbo for 1 hr

  3. 3

    In a pot put oil and add onions

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and garlic

  5. 5

    Add salt

  6. 6

    Put matumbos

  7. 7

    Cook for 10 minutes

  8. 8

    Remove from heat

  9. 9

    Garnish with coriander

  10. 10

    Ready to serve
