Ingredients

25 minutes
5 servings
  • 4 bunchgreen leaf
  • 1cksp canola oil
  • 8fresh pepper
  • 1onion
  • 2whole smoked fish (deboned)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2knorr cube
  • Boiled yam to serve

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Pluck green leaf, wash and slice and set aside; wash pepper and onions and dice separately and set them aside

  2. 2

    Heat up frying pan or a medium size pot, once it’s hot, add canola oil and then onion and stir

  3. 3

    Add fresh pepper, salt and knorr cube; shred smoked fish before adding to the sauce

  4. 4

    Stir and allow it cook for about 3 minutes then add green leaf, turn and make sure to mix everything properly

  5. 5

    Turn off heat almost immediately cos you need your vegetable fresh and crunchy

  6. 6

    Serve veg sauce with boiled yam
