Sweet rice with rabri and besan halva crumble

Sweet rice is our traditional recipe for festival. Today I made this recipe in new format with it's orignal flavours.I made besan halva crumble then rice and top with rabri.I serve rice in donuts shape..All and all it's a wonderful dish came out.

Sweet rice is our traditional recipe for festival. Today I made this recipe in new format with it's orignal flavours.I made besan halva crumble then rice and top with rabri.I serve rice in donuts shape..All and all it's a wonderful dish came out.

For besan halva crumble---

Heat ghee and oil and set aside
- 3
Take a pan and add sugar and water

Stir and cook for 5 min.

When sugar melt add besan and roast
- 6
When it change colour add ghee oil mix in four regular gaps and stir regular

Our crumble is ready

Sweet rice---

Heat water add 1 tsp ghee and whole spices in it

When boil came add rice and cook them

When rice cooked strain them

Heat ghee in kadhai and add nuts roast them in ghee

Add rice and mix

Now add nuts and saffron milk

Add sugar and mix

Our rice are ready divide them in two parts add orange colour in one part

For rabri---

Heat milk in pan and boil for 5 min.

Then add milkmaid and let it cook on low flame till thick

When cooked add sugar and Cardmon powder

For assembling----

Cut strawberry and add it in martini glass

Then add halva crumble and again add strawberries

Then add sweet rice upon it

Top with rabri

And garnish with orange rice, nuts, mint and grapes

Make donuts from both rice in donuts mould,demould carefully and dacorate them with nuts,fruits and mint

Sprinkle some black sesame seeds

And serve our wonderful dish on auspicious festival.
