This is a really fast, healthy and delicious recipe using whole eggs. Very less oil used.
Steps

Heat a non-stick pan

Add oil and spread throughout the pan with ladle and let it heat

Break 3 eggs one by one into the pan and mix yolk and albumin with ladle
- 4
Let it cook for 2 minutes without disturbance
- 5
Now start rapidly stirring up until the egg mixture starts to form a coagulum kind of structure. Lower the heat at this point.

Add pepper and chopped green chillies
- 7
Mix to spread pepper throughout the scrambled eggs
- 8
Switch off the flame. Scrambled eggs are very soft yet nicely cooked using this recipe.
