Ingredients

1 serving
  • Ready made bhajia
  • 1Onion medium size
  • 2Tomatoes medium size if possible peeled
  • 3 TBScooking oil
  • Corriander to gurnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a cooking pan saute the onions.

  2. 2

    When well cooked add in the tomatoes till they form a paste.

  3. 3

    Then add the Bhajia and cook for one minute.

  4. 4

    Add the eggs and stir in gently till well cooked.

  5. 5

    Serve when hot with some juice or an accompaniment of your choice.
