This is my homemade chicken stock packed with flavor. I use it as a base for sauces , soups and when I make curries and stews. This is easy to make and packed with flavor. The best part is that it’s homemade and you know exactly what’s in it. No preservatives . Just goofiness. Enjoy

In a pot add all the above ingredients.

Add enough cold water to the pot. The water must cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer on low to medium heat for 2 hours.

Remove from heat and take out chicken pieces. Strain the stock through a sieve and pour into bottles to store.

Your chicken stock is done. You can use chicken and vegetables for whatever you want to do with them. I shred the chicken and use it for chicken ala king.
