Ingredients

  1. 5eggs (indegenous / kienyeji)
  2. 2large tomatoes
  3. 1large onion
  4. 1teaspoonful dhania
  5. 1/2teaspoonful garlic
  6. 1/4size carpcicum
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 pinchTurmeric and a pinch of white pepper
  9. 2-3table spoonful cooking oil
  10. Chilli (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the cooking oil in the sufuria and heat. Cut the onions and adds to the sufuria. When tender, add the garlic and cook both till golden brown.

    Add the tomatoes, Turmeric and the white pepper and cook till gravy. Add capsicum and salt. Cook for a minute. Add dhania.

    Beat the eggs in a bowl, add and cook till ready, depending on how you love it.

    Serve hot, if you like, with vegetables (Kanzera mixed with Mchicha) and Ugali (white or brown). Enjoy😘😘
