Gaajar/Carrot Halwa:
Keep all in a pot except cream then keep on boil let it cook, should stir now and then, till done and dried up...
add cream and little elaichi powder and dry it up....
Garnish with Almond and Pistachios flakes.... - 2
Cream:
Beat all well till peaks are formed put in piping bag with star nozzle..
Pipe in when serving halwa
Garnish with strawberries and chopped almonds and pistachiosNB: for base i used fruit cake which had made one day before you can use sponge or vanilla cake thin slices
