Ingredients

  • 3boiled and grated sweet potato
  • 1big boiled potato(grated)
  • 50 ggrated cottage cheese (pander)
  • 1green chilli (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoonginger (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspooncardamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoongram masala
  • 2 tablespoonsroasted besan
  • 2-3 tablespoonsgreen coriander (chopped)
  • 2-3 tablespoonsroasted rawa or Suji
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Some raisins
  • Chopped almonds and cashew nuts
  • 2 tablespoonsroasted peanut powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add all ingredients except for the oil And roasted Suji.

  2. 2

    Mix well so that the masala and dry fruits. Blend Well with potato, sweet potato and cottage cheese (paneer).

  3. 3

    Make Small kebabs with this mixture and keep them in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan. Coat the kebabs in roasted Suji and shallow fry them.

  5. 5

    When they turn golden take them out of the pan.

  6. 6

    Serve them with your favorite chutney and garnish with coriander and onion.
