Sweet potato and cottage cheese kebabs

Ingredients

  1. 3boiled and grated sweet potato
  2. 1big boiled potato(grated)
  3. 50 ggrated cottage cheese (pander)
  4. 1green chilli (chopped)
  5. 1 teaspoonginger (finely chopped)
  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  7. 1 teaspooncardamon powder
  8. 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  9. 1 teaspoongram masala
  10. 2 tablespoonsroasted besan
  11. 2-3 tablespoonsgreen coriander (chopped)
  12. 2-3 tablespoonsroasted rawa or Suji
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. Oil for shallow fry
  15. Some raisins
  16. Chopped almonds and cashew nuts
  17. 2 tablespoonsroasted peanut powder

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add all ingredients except for the oil And roasted Suji.

    Mix well so that the masala and dry fruits. Blend Well with potato, sweet potato and cottage cheese (paneer).

    Make Small kebabs with this mixture and keep them in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

    Heat oil in a pan. Coat the kebabs in roasted Suji and shallow fry them.

  5. 5

    When they turn golden take them out of the pan.

    Serve them with your favorite chutney and garnish with coriander and onion.
