Take a bowl add all purpose flour,smooth curd mixed add water make a semi diluted batter take a rest for half an hour.

After half an hour then add 2 drops of saffron colour mixed.

Take a pan add water sugar,cardamom and colour mixed make a sugar syrup for jalebi.

Take a heavy bottom and flat surface pan add ghee,then ghee hot take a sauce bottle or piping bag then add batter.

Then make a jalebi and fry for both sides then make a crisp jalebi flip in sugar syrup for 1 minute.

Then serve hot 2 kesariya jalebi garnish chop pista.
