Ingredients

20 minutes
  • 2 1/2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 1 tea spooncardamom
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 tea spoonyeast
  • Cooking oil for deep frying
  • 1/4 cupsugar

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Sieve the flour

  2. 2

    Add sugar

  3. 3

    Add yeast and cardamom

  4. 4

    Slowly add milk while kneading until u acquire as for chapati

  5. 5

    Then cover the dough for at least 2 hours or overnight depending on the time..

  6. 6

    Roll the dough and shape as u wish... Then deep fry

  7. 7

    Let them cool...serve with tea
